Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
I am dedicated to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. To help us have a great time together, please keep the following in mind:
• Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via text or email. Please make every effort to honor your appointment.
•Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge of the service cost. Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full (100%) amount. Clients who have no-showed for past appointments will be asked to prepay towards their visit when booking future appointments!
All cancellations must be made and confirmed via text, DM or through the my booking site.
LATE ARRIVALS
To help ensure you get the most out of your appointment, please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and a full service charge could apply. I will do my best to accommodate you, but please understabd thats adjustments might be necessary, and the cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply.
